Our Support Coordination provides personalized non-medical services, with an aim to improve an individual’s well being and maintaining a positive state of mental health, as well as reducing feelings of loneliness, helping individuals improve their independence, learn new skills and reach their personal goals. A good companionship service will also help Members engage and interact with their wider community all while building friendships and meaningful connections.
